1. How to order?

You can contact us through whatsapp and we will give you TWOSTORY order form.

2. Do you have any ready korean cakes?

• We do make korean cakes but only on mini size.

• Please chat us for more info.

3. How long should i book ahead for the whole cakes / premium korean cakes?

To secure your slot , please book ahead at least 1 days / 2 days before.

4. How long does your cake last in room temperature / fridge?

• The cake can last in room temperature (with ac) for 3-4 hours.

• The cake can last in the fridge up to 4 days but we highly recommended to eat the cake within 2 days to keep the fruits fresh.

5. How to pickup the korean cakes?

We usually give you several options :

• Pick-up the cake yourself

You can find us on google by searching :

• Use gojek (motorcycle) / grab (car)

You can call the gojek / grab yourself or you can ask our assistance to gojek the korean cakes for you. We will help you to calculate it.

6. Is it secure to pickup using gojek motorcycle?

• If you want to pickup using motorcycle we recommend you to buy our mini cakes / cake slices. Because we put an extra plastic wrap around the cake to make sure the safety of the cakes.

• But if you buy whole cakes / premium korean cakes , we strongly recommend you to not using the motorcycle but use CAR instead.

7. Where is your location?

8. Do you accept any custom cakes?

Temporarily , we won't be receiving any custom cakes and we will be more focusing on the flavours!

9. Whats included on the korean cakes purchase?

• For mini korean cakes : We will give you mini candle ,plastic wrap around the cakes, mini spoon and cake box.

• For whole korean cakes & premium korean cakes : We will give you set tall swirl candle , knife and cake box.

10. How to make the payments?

• We accept online payments : BCA & OVO

• You can also Cash on Delivery by coming directly to our bakery store.

11. Can i change the item / delivery date?

Yes, you can! But please contact us 3 days before the pickup date.
